I have put maintenance and divorce ...advocate is trying to mingle both case in mediation. ..but I need divorce case separate ....I have to send file to court ..what should I do ...in mediation they are telling compulsory ..I'm scared fully. .
Hi. ..if you don't need the mediation you can submit the same to the court and you can request the court that you don't need mediation and there is no need to send the mediation and your divorce case and maintainence case Will be running separately.
