Mediation in Domestic violence

How to know after mediation, what is recommended by counsellor to Judge. I hear that Counsellor provides a document or letter to judge on the outcome of Mediation. Please advise how to know what is in the letter and how to invoke the mediation outcome letter? Please advise.

Hello Sir/Mam, you can get the mediation report or the letter when the full mediation process is over. You are entitled to get the mediation report since you are one of the party. so in order to get the mediation report you need to file an application in the court. after all the process is done they will hand over the report to you.
