Mediation going on in supreme court

Have filed interstate transfer of divorce petition from mumbai to Karnataka. Now mediation going on in supreme court. Matter has come down to settlement. Once permanent alimony matters started to get discussed, husband is simply postponing mediation dates and in between either he has transfered/ sold his flat in Mumbai n nw says he doesn't have anything mch to give. Jst previous night bfore mediation date,last tym he said he isn't keeping wel n 2 days back he said MIL is hospitalized wich is lie

If your husband is postponing mediation on one pretext or the other then you should bring it to the notice of the Court or the mediator such fact. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Need to know more facts as what the pending matters are. Your concern if correct. In case of settlement the terms have to decided mutually so the court will do the mediation in a near possible way to help you reach the common terms If husband is not cope rating then the mediation process will fail and the matters will be transferred or remanded to the original court Feel free to call

Well, if your Husband has said lies on Affidavit, then you can file a case of Perjury against your Husband under the concerned provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 before the concerned Magistrate, after proving in the Court, where the lies are put forth by the Husband on Affidavit.
