Dear Sir,
Against such ex-parte divorce the wife if she has good grounds for not appearing before the Family Court may approach High Court for reopening the same. It is better for you to file a Caveat Petition and if such petition is filed before High Court you will get a notice of your wife petition before High Court for setting aside such divorce decree.

Yes the case can be reopened if she files application for setting aside exparte decree, the court will set it aside if she convinces the court giving valid reasons explaining the reasons for her non appearance, if she does file any application or does not file appeal it becomes finale.
