Can I know the meaning of below. Whether I respondent Shud file or my husband petitioner Shud file IABusiness:Both parties present. I.A. /2018 allowed subject to condition to the counter in main O.P. failing which I.A. will be dismissed

Hi... i.a means interlocutory application. In one petition parties can file any number of I.a's and if your dismissed by the court you have to challenge the same before appellant court . your here not mentioned what i.a is filed.
