Me (M40) and my wife (F41) is not living together for last 10 years. She left my home in 2013. She is not willing to give me divorce. I file a divorce case against her which is still pending for last 8 years. Can you please suggest how can I get divorse from her to move on

As per your averment you acknowledge you that as per the law you have right to contest the divorce petition based on relief. Prove your case in court and use petition before higher court, If no movement will be happening in your case. feel free then call.
