MCD stage she filed 498a,420,417,471,468,34 & DVC

My wife filed 498a,(420,417,471,468,34) & dvc in Telngna. Me&my wife stay in Benglur i filed custody petition in Bnglur for son. Nw We both agred for MCD. Now thy are askng me file quash petition for 498a&420 in Telngna high court. Meanwhile, we will file for MCD petitin 13b in Bangalore. After MCD, my wife is ready to give affidavit letter for 498a, 420etc to submit it in High court.later,once MCD order is passed I need to submit judgmnt copy for quash.Is procdure corect Wht precautins to take?

hi you could file for quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as you are not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR and could go for mutual divorce or you could compromise the matter in lower court
