MCD Filed but wife now pregnant with someone else's child

Me & my wife withdrew all cases (DV etc) against each other in May-June this year and filed a mutual consent divorce petition in September this year. We have been staying separate since two years now. We had finalized the MOU in DV case earlier this year & I paid her an x amount before filing MCD and x amount is pending to be given after divorce. The amount is not huge. Now the divorce is still pending (all other cases withdrawn) and I have got to know that she is five months pregnant with someone else's child. What should I do now?

if thr divorce is still pending, you can object to paying maintenance claiming that she is already married and pregnant and doesn't need the maintenance amount as someone else is looking after her. you can also file a case of bigamy against her and her husband for marrying during the subsistence of previous marriage.

Well, I need to understand more facts relating to your case before legal advice can be given to you. MOU cannot make you legally liable to pay Maintenance or Alimony to your Wife, but a Contract can. Want to see the MOU or Contract signed to figure out- What you should do.
