Matrimonial issue divorce maintenance acid attack

After filing divorce case by me wife filed 498a, So I am & relative are on interim bail. Now wife throw acid on me (acid attack) , I filed FIR under IPC 326. But wife got bail from police station stating that under IPC 437 there is bail provision for LADIES SO IN CRIME LIKE 326 , WHETHER JUST BECAUSE OF LADIES GET BAIL?

No simply because she’s a female she cannot get bail and the rest has to be seen after going through the documents. You are requested to get in touch and bring relevant documents for further discussion or call on the details mentioned herein
