Matrimonial disputes my husband has left me in my mayka and not contra

My husband has left me in mayka and move to some another city.he is not answering my phone.neither is his family from past 3 months.he had done it many times.but now I want to take legal action against him.i am hindu.and our marriage is done on hindu based rituals.
