Hindu.Ancestral property of husband has will in his name of house and land.can he sell without consent of wife and adult daughters. What will wife get as share of alimony and how much time will it take to get alimony.what will be charges of lawyer.Does she have to live in husband's home if case is filed there and for how much time.

Dear Client , You should file a Civil Suit before Court for the purpose of Temporary Injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 then court will stay over the said disputed property and no third party rights will come.
