Matrimonial Case for child custody and restitution of conjugal rights

Hindu law. My wife is living away from me since last six months and she has taken with her my kids. From last 6 months she has not allowed me to even see the kids or inform me their well being. Now she has even stopped responding to my mails and blocked me on phone and whatsapp. What shud i do?

Greetings of the day. You have an option to file a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and seek a decree of restitution of conjugal rights. Petition for child custody can be also be filed simultaneously

hello client as i can see ur issue is really a real concerned for the father of the kids. aa the conditikn your have narates here is very crusual i agree but in this matter also there are way where you can think for getting the relied from court of law . so i think the court of law will definatelly help you . is a way through high court.
