Matrimonial and legal issues about wife

Hi, my wife and I got married secretly( two years ago and until recently we admitted to her parents about our marriage and they did not agree with her and took her away and finally managed to change her mind and turned her up against me. Now there are also rumours that she got engaged to someone else without filing for divorce. What can I do in the scenario? If they file for contested will I have a chance of winning? And they also made me write a MOU forcefully according to their will.

hi if she is still not engaged then you could file habeas corpus petition in court seeking her whereabouts and that she had been restrained illegally and that they had by force had made yoh written the MOU
