Marry someone without telling them about having kid before marriage

I was married in 2021. My wife did not tell me that she had a son before our marriage also her mom and she has made a fake birth certificate of there child on my name and now has taken my daughter away from me and blackmailing me to have both kids or nothing. What are my legal rights and how can I file criminal case against her

that shall be termed as cheating and concealment of facts and those children will also not be entitled for their legitimate rights, which would arise in their favour from his step father/mother. so, better it is to disclose everything in order to lead a happy married life in spite of full of litigations and blames and counter blames, except you are ready to live without your children

You can file a petition for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and a petition under Guardianship and wards act pertaining to the custody of your daughter. Moreover, file a complaint to your nearest police station for cheating and breach of trust against your wife and his family.

Hello Sir /mam A father can get custody of a child if the mother is unfit, or if it's in the child's best interest , The mother is unable to care for the child ,The mother has a bad reputation that could harm the child, Fathers can seek visitation rights in court, even if they don't have custody .
