One married women did 2 nd marriage to one unmarried boy without divorce. So if that boy claim in court, that women did marriage with me without divorce so in that situation boy have any problem to face by court, it means that boy also have a criminal or only criminal that women.

Dear Queriest your query seems to be vague you have to explain in detail and also the boy if he was aware that the girl is already married then he has done an illegal act on his partz therefore you are suggested to explain your query in detail or call me for the same to discuss.v

Well, that Boy has to face no legal trouble. However, that Woman can be booked for the Offence of Bigamy for doing Marriage without seeking Divorce from her first Hubby. There is a punishment of 10 years for the offence of Bigamy.
