Married to Muslim man no relation from 5 years how can I get divorce

One of my known lady (Widow) having 2 childrens (One Physically handicaped Son & one daughter), cheated by one man (Muslim). That man (Muslim) convinced to that lady & got registered marriage for the property of that lady. That Muslim man also married & having 2 children. That Lady stayed in Kolkata & That Muslim man is permanent residence of Visakhapatnam. Last 5 years there is no relation between them. Now that lady realize her mistake & want to separate. Please advise at the earliest as the lady don't have any financial income & fear for her future.

The lady can file a case of divorce under grounds of deserting.
Since it is the second marriage for both of them, the properties will remain with the children from first marriage only.
The muslim man or his children cannot claim a share of the woman property.
The lady can file a case in kolkatta or vishakapatnam depending on her choice.

first they married legally r not, mean having photos and any certificate that they married. second if married according to which religion they married, in their relation any child born to them, if they are are not having any proof that they married and no child to them then no problem. if having proof of photos and on the ground that they are separate since 5 years, on that ground she will get divorce if their is proof for marriage. ask her not fear for her future.
