Married to a minor now girl not living with him wants divorce

I am Ramesh 32 years old physically challenged person state govt employee. In 2016 April I married a girl if 16 years with willing of her parents and girl(because of my disability I accepted). Now the girl not staying with me since 9 months. She is not interested with me. How to get divorce from her.
As you got married with minor girl it is an offence. You cant file any divorce case as it is not a valid marriage . Physically disable is not an exception.

Hi Mr. Ramesh you can file a case in the family court stating thst you and your wife wants to get separated mutually by your both concerns and you don't have any problem in getting separated where as the child will be with mother

Your marriage with the girl is a void marriage as if the marriage is not solemnized at all since she was minor at the time of marriage. Marrying a minor girl is illegal and is invalid, null and void as per law. You need not to file divorce petition, instead, you need to file a petition to annul the marriage as the marriage is null and void due to the minority of the girl at the time of the marriage. You may also need to mention in the petition that the age of the girl was misrepresented/suppressed by her parents and committed fraud and indued you to marry the girl with false representation.
