Married me by lieing he is divorced but not divorced and living with h

This guy married me lieing that he got divorced....He married me in temple infront of pujari in a place am not aware of...I just have 1 picture and call recordings and no other proof of marriage...now he is not divorced and living with his actual wife and cheated me and ruined my life...how can I proceed legally and what punishment can he get

hi if he had married you by disclosing the fact that he had married earlier from you then you could file petition for annulement of marriage and also cheating case in police station and whether your marriage was registered or not
