Hello,
We married in the USA. My wife is a US citizen. We want to get a divorce in India. What is the procedure? We both a currently in India. I will live in India and next month she is going back to the USA.
Hi, regarding your query. What's important to note is where was your marriage certificate obtained, and whether both of you are Hindus by any chance.
