Married in India in 2010, boy applied, got divorce in USA

27-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My son got married to girl (Singapore citizen) in 2010, left for USA immediately. Due to indifferent attitude of girl, he applied for divorce in USA ( both were green card holders), paid alimony as ordered by Court and got divorce. Unhappy with divorce notice, girl came to Hyderabad, filed police complaint under 498a, 406 and 506 of ipc against my son (A1), me and my wife (A2, A3) and my daughter (A4, US citizen for long). We applied for quash in High court and recently the court allowed quash for A4, dismissed for others. We need to undergo trial. Lawyer suggests that we apply in Supreme Court, which we are hesitating. Please advise.
