Married in India, Divorced in UK

Hello Sir/MadamnnMy sister got married in India, that is registered in India as well. Now got divorced in UK. She is to get married in India now again, what is the procedure we have to follow now, please advice us

Our law in India should recognise the foreign decree. So we need to file the declare suit before family to validate and declare the divorce decree obtained from foreign court is valid here too..Once court passes the order, then only it considered proper divorce
