Married in india, but living separately for 3 years.

Hi i got married to a guy in india who my parents chose for me but I did not consent to it and only married because of family pressure. I live in Australia andhe is in India. His onlypurpose to marry me was to be able to come to Australia. During the first 1.5 year, he harrased me for not doing anything to get him to Australia. We applied for his visa twice but it got rejected but his madness continued which was affecting my studies here in australia. After that I stop talking to him. No contact from almost 2 years now. My parents tried at several occasions to get him to come and resolve the matter but he never comes. Recently I applied for divorce from Australia and senthim the papers. First he said he will sign them but then 1 month went by and he never replied back instead keeps bribing my parents saying you take the money and ask your daughter to get me australian PR. Myparents refused all his proposals, hesaid he will not give divorce as his only purpose is to haras me.
