Married in may 2016. Arrange marriage. Husband work in nanded but not taking her to nanded. He Doesn't want her to work. He has pathetic drinking , tobacco chewing, kharra. All dirty habits. That Not known prior to marriage. Daily quarrel at home . Lie about age before marriage. He is 10year older than her.

No within one year of marriage the divorce can't be granted by court. But you can stay away from him and can get maintenance amount per months from him during the continuing of court proceedings . Regards

Yes you can file divorce petition . but you should have strong evidence to prove your case as chewing tobacco and Kharra can not be a ground for divorce also the age of 10 years difference as you mentioned also not a ground for divorce. you should first collect the evidence about the same.
