Married for 4yrs, nokids, was living with parents. Wife left 3months ago for a petty issue and living in her dad's place where all her other 3 sisters and husband's live too. Her family is very abusive and use vulgar words and 1day her sister and husband came to hit me and threatened me that they will file dowry cases and block passport etc.For this I have lodged assault complaint and have CSR copy. Now my wife wanted to rejoin me only if I send my parents out seperate. Can I file divorce?

Of course, if you have come to the point that your marital relationship will not work out then you can file for divorce. A wife forcing her in laws to leave the matrimonial house is also cruelty. Blocking passport is not a routine thing and your wife must have solid proof.
