Married and tried to harm ex lover

There's this case wherein a person might be married and had affair in order to hide it from wife and family tried to remove his ex lover by assaulting and various litigations and even poison her ,haven't witnessed but rumours are circulating as he's absconding suddenly from the city

Move an application about that to the Higher Authorities with written application therein elaborate all facts and circumstances as well as move application before CM portal then might they are not able to do anything.

At the outset,the alleged person has committed bigamy, which is a punishable offense under the Indian Penal code. However, if there are not any material particulars or smidgen evidences or even a fragment of evidences to corroborate or authenticate the vary fact that a alleged person was earlier in a relationship & knowing that he was in relationship he congregate himself into another marriage makes the man culpable in court of law.
