Married again without getting a divorce 2nd husband absconded

I got married in 2003, my husband used to physically harass and ask me for dowry. I filed a 498a case against him. The case is ongoing in the court. A year back i met a guy whom i fell in love with and got married without getting divorce from my first husband. Now the guy has abandoned me after living with me for 4 months. What action can i take against that guy? will this effect my earlier case?

As per ur quarries u r married and due to atrocities of ur husband's u filed u/s 498 a criminals complaint against u r husband its u r legal right ,u availed ,its complaints is compoundable u can compound and widro complaints and sec guy is not u r husband, he cheat and use u ,he did criminal breach of trust and committed offences of rape ,adultery, cr breach of trust with u ,so you have remedy against criminal guy rest on Vis a vise

As per your question and situation with out getting divorce decree your husband you can not marriage again first you got divorce decree then after marry any person .without divorce marrige offense under section 494 crpc 1973 .at a time you attract and love a guy he also abandoned you so file a criminal complaint but without all evidence and circumstances i cant suggest you
