Marriage without saptpadi is valid

Sir we got married in arya samajh mandir without performing saptpadi. We both belong to delhi. Is our marriage valid as per hma?

marriages done in arya samaj mandir are valid provided you just have arya samaj mandir 's certificate. if you have a certificate of arya samaj basis on that you can get your marriage registered. after getting your marriage registered you need not to worry about the validity of your marriage.

No your marriage is not valid as Saptpadi is essential ingredient of a marriage as per section 5 of HMA. still marriage is a social institution and Arya Samaj Mandir must have given you certificate of marriage being performed under Vedic rites and it would certify that your marriage is valid
