Marriage under Special Marriage Act but Divorce under Hindu Marriage

I got married under Special Marriage Act but recently when I checked my divorce paper I noticed that I got divorce under Hindu Marriage Act. Maybe something wrong with my lawyer while drafting. What can be done? I am scared.
you can get your order corrected by writing a letter to the registrar which is the most easiest process of law otherwise for changing this again you may be charged humongous and will suffer for days and days
