Marriage under false rape complaint

No domestic relation no sharehousehold. Both party second marriage. My wife passed in accident. I m Serving in army . Later retired without entering wife name in docoment. .later Marriage admitted by lower court on income affidavit (date of marriage coloumn). Later Delhi High order to enter her name in army docoment till marriage persist. I also filed a divorce petition due to lack of legal advice. nLady stay in hotel with her boy friend using my id.nNow she filed petition for retirement money

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you and there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Wife is entitled to get share in the earnings of the husband. However if the wife is proven to be adulterous, then this right can be curtailed by the intervention of Hon’ble court.
