Marriage problem with husband and mother in law fight
29-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
There is no communication between me and husband since one month and I have talked about divorce to him but still there is no response from our side
What should I do now ?
If he is not responding, try once to talk to him. Marriage is not few weeks episode. Only if things are out of hand then only take legal step. If he is invove somewhere try to find out things and try to resolve amicable or finally can issue notice.

Well, you can send a legal notice to your Husband to seek a reply in writing for clarity and record purpose, that, whether he wants to Divorce you mutually or not. If he decides to not file a Mutual Divorce with you, then, you can go for filing of unilateral Divorce.
