Marriage problem and In-laws Interference

My wife and my in laws have filed the below sections on me and my family. nActs & Section(s): 498-A,324,506,3,4 DPA nPost 1 month after filing these complaints they filed sec 307 on me. Its been 4 months they have not filed the chargesheet. My father in law and brother in law are going roaming around my house asking for me around my house and spying on where am I going and what time I am going. I suspect they have bad intentions of hurting me. under this situation what can I possibly do as I fear they might harm me. If yes what sections will be applicable ? Can I take any action against them ? I just have a CCTV footage of her father standing outside my relatives house its a 90 day old footage. Please advice.

hi you could file a petotion for police protection to the concerned police official for seeking protection by filiing necessary footage or evidence and that you could also file quash petition against the FIR lodged against you
