Marriage my cousin how can I take divorce

I am a hindu srivastava boy. My mother is mishra brahmin. Against my family I married my maternal uncle's daughter in april 2011. Since the day of my marriage i have never been with her and we never spoke. As per hindu law our marriage is illegal. But still how can i file divorce or be legally safe and move on in my life. We married in arya samaj mandir and our marriage is not registered in court.

Get a petition filed under Section 11 hindu marriage act, 1956 getting the marriage declared to be viod by competent court or family judge.
More advoce can be given after hearing whole story.

Divorce can happen as early as six months. If mutual consent petition is filed that is if both parties agree on all terms and conditions. Other factors like non registration can be dealt with. You may contact for consultations in person.

As per law , this kind of marriage is termed as void. If you want to take divorce, you can file the divorce petition through mutual consent if both the party is ready. And if other person is not ready to dissolve the marriage, you have to fight for divorce. Revert me what you want.

as per hindu law one can not marry with in the degree of prohibited relationship in your case u got married with your maternal uncle daughter which is prohibited for marriage your marriage is void abintio u can approach in court for declaration your marriage void
