Marriage issues and we are living in separate for more than 2 years...

I am from Tamilnadu and I am hindu, but I'm currently living abroad. We didn't register the marriage. I got married in February 2021, and my marriage ended in May 2021, but we didn't get officially divorced. We have been living apart for more than 2 years due to a few issues. Now I don't have an idea what to do about this. I need your help and guidance, as I am living abroad what can I do and what I have to do.

if you want rejoining You send legal notice . if you not interested rejoining , file the divorce case. Chennai family court your personal appearance must other court not needed. chennai family court You appointed power of attorney to attend your case. both are willing to file mutual consent
