Well, you can file for a Unilateral Divorce on the ground of Adultery under the Hindu Marriage Act, if you are a Hindu. On proving ground of Adultery, there will lie no need for you to pay Maintenance too. If your Wife's BF is threatening you, lodge a FIR against him and seek Police Protection.
