Marriage fraud, gay man presented as straight

I have been socially married for about 6 months now.Last month I secretly discovered my husband is gay.Till now we haven't got our marriage registered as my husband couldn't make out time for that. His family had scammed my family into this marriage.Now I want to know that if I wish to end this fraud marriage by discussing mutually with his family then in that case do I need to follow any legal process to do so?

Registered or not, you will have to end your marriage only by legal ways and means.. If your husband agrees to mutual divorce you can do so and it will take 6 months to get a decree of divorce, or else you will have to file a divorce suit against your husband..
