Marriage fraud, gay man presented as straight

I got married 6 months Recently I discovered my husband is gay. All this time he and his family had scammed me and my family. In the initial 2-3 months he, though only 1-2 times but still tried to get close to me but after that I found no response from his side even if I tried to get intimate with him and seduce him.I want some legal help to understand whether I can charge him and his family in a fraudulent case and if so then how and under which section of law?

You can simply go for a dissolution of marriage. It's very difficult to prove a person to be home sexual and this will only complicate your matter. So getting a divorce and starting afresh is the most pragmatic way forward.
