As per latest Supreme court judgement the decree of divorce granted by foreign court is not valid in india of it is not granted on grounds recognized under indian law. The decree of a foreign court has to be executed in india under section44 A of Code of Civil procedure.

If the marrige solemnise in India as per Hindu Marrige act the. Divorce in Hawai is not valid divorce and it will not be treat as divorce ,you have to apply Divorce petition under Hindu Marrige act and get a divorce decree, said decree is valid for Divorce
