Is Marriage Certificate issued by Arya Samaj valid for any purpose(Maintenance, Alimony, Inheritance, Child related matter etc..) in the court of law refer recent Supreme Court judgement ? Is any such petition is even admissible for any order or hearing?

Yes, the marriage, if solemnised in an arya samaj mandir, however not registered before registrar of marriage, is still a legally valid marriage and is sufficient for a spouse to file matrimonial case(s) against his partner. For more details, you may consult me.
