Your question is not clear ! Whether the parties did marriage in Mexico or is one of the spouse Is Mexican ? Are they Indians ? If marriage happened in India than they have to get divorce in India but if other country’s law accepts divorce take in their country or any other country then u can certainly go go for marriage in that country itself
