Yes it is issue u mentioned in divorce woman not mention in unmarried better for other wise forged case against her so be careful. Not mention any false statements better for you Thanks Advocate Sidharth Bagla

अगर तलाक हो गया है तो वो अपना वैवाहिक कॉलम unmarried mention कर सकती है। पर अगर केस किसी भी कोर्ट में पेंडिंग है तो वो मैरिटल स्टेटस unmaaried नही कर सकती अगर ऐसा किया है तो उसकी RTI लगा कर आओ उस पर कार्यवाही कर सकते हो
