13-Oct-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Mutual divorce.first hearing/signature is done. I have to travel abroad for higher education & need to mention my marital status while applying visa.it has option ‘separated’. As per indian law, what can be provided as a valid document proof for separated while applying visa ? Or do i have to mention married only (until 2nd/final hearing is done) ? Husband is already in foreign country. Dont have much information about him. Please help.

Do seek a detailed legal Consultation from an expert lawyer. Contents of order of first motion needs to be legally perused. Legal status Would change only on passing of the decree of divorce by the Hon'ble Family Court. You may connect with better particulars
