Maried two women and both wives deserted how to take divorce

A married B by loving and has all documents like voter id , aadhar, pan except marriage registration. A married C under pressure from family concealing his marriage with B unregistered. Later both B and C deserted A. A following repeated requests now wants to get away from both of them legally. How to proceed??

Halo you have created a situation which leads to bigamy , and offence under 494 of IPC and is punishable for 7 years , however both of them have deserted that's something favorable to you and can make things in your favor... As the marriage with B only is valid hence file case against b only and get divorce, your marriage with c is invalid hence question of filing case against c does not arise. As u married c without obtaining divorce from B c does not become your wife in eye of law.
