Aap court mein case file kar sakti cruelty aur maintenance ka. Mai apki madad kar skti hu apke husband ke khilaf case file karne ke liye aur apko alimony dilwane ke liye. Agar wo ye sochte hai ki unka koi kuch nhi bigad sakta toh wo gala sochte hai. Kanoon aapki madad karne ke liye apke sath hai. Aapko bina dare apne liye stand lena chaiye.

aapke paas bahut se raste hai.... jisse aapke upar huye atyachar ka insaaf v hoga. sabse pehle aap women cell mein case daal sakte ho then Domestic violence ka case then Maintenance ka case aap civil injunction ka v suit file kr sakte ho.

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

Pati ne agar mara hai to ek police me shikayat karo. Tum alimony ka case gharelu hinsa adhiniyam me kar do . Agar tumhare bacche hai to tum aur tumhare bacche bharan poshan aur rehne ke liye kharcha le sakte ho .

You have lots of remedies under the law. 498a, 125crpc, remedy is under Hindu marriage act, remedies under the domestic violence act etc. Even Court can grant you police protection by directing local police under section 18 of dv act, separate residence under domestic violence act and many other remedies. There is no one above law. Law k samne bade bade criminal ka bigad jata hai….to ye kis khet ki muli hai.
