Manipulation in filing Domestic Violence Case

Dear Sir/Madam
Wife side first did a DV case (complaint in Dec 2015; registered in Apr 2016). I have been paying interim maintenance as per ex-parte order...I suddenly received a summon in Apr 2025 stating that there was a Execution Order passed in July 2024 followed by recovery with some different DV Case number which never got intimated to me. When I enquired, I got to know that opposition withdrew the first DV and it got transferred to other court room in same court with different case number
according to your query you are already saying a male penis to your wife in one case but you receive the sommon from a different case number kindly give vote with your advocate for proper enquiry there may be a chance that your wife with you the dv case and file other cases and you are received this sommon on that case

Send a Section 482 CrPC / Article 227 petition to quash the execution and new DV case—on grounds of no notice, no hearing, transfer without intimation, hence gross abuse of process
Also file Order XXI Rule 26 CPC or CrPC execution‑court stay application
