Hi Team,
Need help as my wife has filed 498a and maintenance case on me since nov 2022 till only dates affidavits are going on.
While judge asked me about job I said I am jobless ( which was false thing I told to court ) but now wife has filed application to produce salary slips from 2021 to 2022...now I don't know what to say ...as i said I am jobless just becoz to avoid maitanance discussion further but opp party is not agreeing tht I am jobless...but in a discussion verbally 4k was decided
In order to avoid all this litigation and maintenance, as well as criminal cases, it can be sorted out through amicably settling the issue, and with consent, all proceedings can be quashed and set aside by the Hon’ble Court.
