Maintenance without divorce/Family issue

I have 2 kids twins 3years husband is jobless and in laws never support me financially also they force me to keep silent so that know one can know the truth about their son is jobless.What should I do in this situation?

If you are in need of financial assistance from your husband then you need to claim it through 125 CrPC or through filing of a DV case against your husband and in-laws. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
