Maintenance to wife and quah of flase 498A fir

I'm the only accussed person in 498a. Cs has been filed and court has issued bailable warrant. Should take bail or should I fill Muchalka instead of bail. Pl suggest

Sir, as per the judgement of Arnesh Kumar v. State, there is no arresting in 498A case without notice. So, don't panic and submit your muchalka in court when called for. For more information you may consult me.

If the warrant has been issued against you then it's advisable for you to apply for the bail first. You can also be released on personal bonds or surety bonds if required. And collect the chargesheet from the court if it's already filed by the police officials. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

is there any other case also filed with respect to this or this is the only case of 498a. right now what you are seeking. there are many things which can be decided for the time being. have you gone to the counselling. till now what steps you have taken.

you need to take bail as Bailable warrant is issued ,you need to t o just appear before the court,it will be granted, once you got bail ,you need to apply for quashing the FIR in the High court. the process is very simple
