Maintenance Suit Is Maintainable If Husband Is Unemployed

Husband filed divorce case in 2021 and case is under trail. Wife filed Maintainable case in 2019 and also case is in under trail. Husband is Unemployed and jobless and preparing government exams for jobs. Wife is well educated and drops many job offers. If husband is Unemployed now then wife's Maintainable Maintainable suit will be grant in court ? This is hindu family and Ghazipur District (Uttar pradesh issue)
