Maintenance salary slip faking

Hi I have filed for divorce and maintenance in Feb 2025 My husband as submitted salary slip showing 21000 as his salary He is a BE and MS graduate When I was with him he was earning 70k per mnth How to prove his salary is fake Please guide me

Hello Madam, 1. Please check the salary slip- whether it is issued by company your husband works in, name , seal, signature, address etc 2. Has he filed assets and liabilities before the family court? 3. Has he filed his income tax return before the court

Dear Madam, You may collect his official address and file an application to call for salary certificate from the employer of your husband. If you have earlier salary certificate of your husband then produce the same before the Court and say that he is earning double the amount and thus you will get ample maintenance.
