yes it is possible it is possible because the income of each person is different and the lifestyle they have maintained is one and the same .. while seeking maintenance whether you are running or not running is a secondary issue but to be able to maintain the same lifetime is more important that of the style at the time of your marriage or during your marriage

Denying a child the father's surname and ancestral right is not legally valid under Hindu law. Pressuring someone during mediation to accept such unfair terms is against the principles of natural justice. You can refuse to sign and report this pressure to the mediator or Court, and instead request protection of the child's legal rights to surname, inheritance and family identity.
